Hello, As the title suggests, I'm having problems with my modded Skyrim. I've played modded Skyrim before and had a few issues, but I solved them pretty easily but I can't seem to find a solution for this one. Basically, my game crashes to desktop without a warning and it doesn't seem to have a pattern or something. It crashes when I walk, when I'm fighting, when quickloading, etc... I've looked for answers on here but didnt' find anything to help me, so I'm hoping someone is so kind to help me with this. I do not support Piracy so I have the legendary edition on Steam. Hello I've been playing Skyrim for a while now and I've experienced hundreds of bugs and glitches troughout my gameplay but this one is the most annoying one yet... So I have a constant ice/frost sound playing, it's louder in 1st person than in 3rd person and I can't get rid of it! I have mods so I'll put my load order in this topic, maybe a mod is causing this? I have a pc that's more than good enough to run Skyrim, the game is installed on the D drive, I have the Legendary edition, I use NMM, SKSE and Boss ( all the latest versions ). I tried many things, installing the mod for the chillrend bug, dispell commands, etc.. The sexchange command worked for a few days but now that stopped working too... It's becoming maddening and I'm afraid I'll have to stop playing Skyrim if I can't get this fixed :/ Thanks in advance! -Denwijnen

Unfortunatly, it crashed after 35 minutes, any other ideas? Up the values in SSME by one, or try memory blocks log to see what it says So i upped the values and checked the memory blocks after it crashed but it doesn't even come close to the 512MB, it crashed when it was at 192 so I guess it has nothing to do with memory? Yeah most likely not. Run BOSS again then manually edit the unrecognized ones to the correct place. Also try cleaning your mods with Tes5edit, (Including Dawngurad, Dragonborn and Heathfire and update.esp) Guide here: So I did what you suggested but it's still crashing at times, I did notice that it would crash everytime I melee attacked 1 particular npc so I killed him with a bow and no crash. After that I tested it on a few other npc's and resulted in no crash after a melee attack... Maybe that's helpful information? Hmm may be a certain mod. I would try going threw load order. Or use Tes5edit and see what mod effects that NPC I uninstalled the audio overhaul mod since BOSS said something was wrong with it and after that I have played for almost 2 hours before it crashed again when I tried to melee attack a normal guard, so I don't think it's the npc that's the problem :/ BOSS also says that the Realistic Lighting Overhaul is incompatible with the climates of tamriel mod but I doubt that mod has anything to do with my crashes.

Hello! I recently bought the Skyrim Legendary Edition and it was great but it was missing something so I started with adding mods (on a new game ofcourse). I've read a lot of guides, tips, etc.. for mods and I thought it was going to be fine but as you could've expected, it didn't go all that well.. I can start the game without a problem and it doesn't crash in the menu but when I start playing it randomly crashes. Sometimes I can play for a few hours and the next time it crashes every 2-5 minutes,it can crash when i'm fighting, smithing, looking on the map or just standing still, so really random. Now, my pc should be able to run Skyrim without many problems (I've attached a dxdiag file) and I used BOSS to sort out my load order. D:\Users\Eigenaar_2\Saved Games\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim is where my game is installed. I have the latest version of Skyrim, the nexus mod manager and SKSE. (I did notice something about cleaning up dirty edits or something on my BOSS log) I tried verifying the game files on steam, running it as administrator, turning off AA and the graphics but nothing helped. So you guys are my last resort :) I hope this isn't just a stupid, normal problem that everyone knows about but i'm just a noob at this modding.. I hope to hear from you guys soon!
