So I haven't played the game in a month and really wanted to get back into it, yet it won't allow me... Every time I try to launch it it keeps saying 'preparing to launch', this window will close, open, close, open, etc etc etc. It's a legal steam version of course, and validating game cache ALWAYS tells me there's 1 file missing and it'll be acquired on launch... but when I launch nothing happens. I tried launching both SKSE and skyrimlauncher.exe, and I tried deleting the ENB files, nothing worked...

Also works for me! Might be a bit late reply, but all the mods that did not work before work now! Thanks for sharing your fix :)
