I still want a challenge but more on a normal level, Like I said I still want a challenge but as it is it's too hard and I don't have the patience. I've looked around but finding mods for what I want is difficult. Thanks

Hi everyone been playing PC games since Half Life 2 came out and I rarely use mods. My question is I'd like to make the following games more accessible and easier to play. I still want a challenge but more on a normal level and not have to start at the beginning and have to recollect my gear I lost if that applies. I'm talking about the three Dark Souls games for PC. Like I said I still want a challenge but as it is it's too hard and I don't have the patience. I've looked around but finding mods for what I want is difficult. Can someone show me what I want or at least whats the best way to find certain mods. Thanks

Not sure what script extenders are, but I just want to know if all unofficial patches and mods should work with both Steam and GOG versions 99% of the time ?

I'm new to PC gaming and I want to buy some games from GOG like FO3 and want to use the (UPDATED Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch) . I've noticed that GOG have fixed many of their older games to run on modern OS's. Well I'm assuming that many people here have been PC gaming for many years and probably most are playing the Steam version of games. My question is are these unofficial patches will work with the GOG versions just as well as the Steam versions ? and what about mods, same question as above ? Thanks
