Like when I try to place it on the ground it just goes right through it

I am using place anywhere, and I can't snap to surfaces even after pressing F2 and F1 and nothing seems to work, I can place objects but not snap to the ground. It seems this started after I typed tcl to noclip through a door but I disabled it right after. Please help!

Could I just delete fallout, reinstall it from steam and then have to reinstall all of my mods? Actually I am editing this as I am clicking uninstall on a mod and it is saying it has already been deleted so I guess just clicking reinstall on all of them would work? I never recommend reinstalling a game. That is just too much data to download. You can quickly Purge all the hard links then clean the game folder manually. Delete any mods you find and the Textures, Meshes, and Scripts folders. After Steam validates your game, it is as good as a fresh install. Reinstall each of your mods (it is quick) then Deploy. Done. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I just reinstalled every single mod all 92 of them, thank you for the help

OH my bad. I purged then deployed but nothing really changed

I have deployed them previously Game installation: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4 Mod Staging Folder: D:\Vortex Mods\fallout4 Download Folder: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Vortex Now, one reason your Download Directory is bad, is if you uninstall Fallout 4 someday, you're going to be in here blaming Vortex for deleting all of your mod archives. DO NOT put ANY Vortex Directories INSIDE your GAME Folders. You should do the same thing you did with your Mod Staging Folder D:\Vortex Downloads\Fallout 4\ I changed my download folder to a new folder and when I look at my staging folder all of my mods are there

So I recently made the switch to Vortex from NMM and I am kind of regretting it. I download it, get all of my mods installed and imported but when I try to load up my game to play some it basically lists every all of my mods and says my save file has mods that are no longer installed. I go into the mod tab on fallout and I check my load order and they do not appear on there, just the ones I have added through Bethesda. I checked Vortex again and no mods are conflicting I checked for updates and nothing has worked yet. I also went into my computer and found a mods folder in my fallout 4 folder that was empty except for like 4 or 5 things labeled gibberish( the attached picture below) note I also have 92 mods that I have used throughout the years that haven't given me problems before PLZ HELP
