Dawnspire has some pretty cool features. The thing for me is the home being functional/convenient without killing the balance. Otherwise I'll just burn out on playing. Checking out her mods now, half decent computer so hopefully it can handle it. lol

Thanks for the replies! That is the trick, finding a mod with functionality that won't break balance. Checking it out right now. :)

Been searching through alot of great mods, was wondering if there was a house mod with auto sorting/ocd placement in mind? :D
