SFOvercast

I need someone to give me the rundown. I for a long time now have wanted to use the Simple Clothing mod, seen here. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19219 I love the mod, ive wanted to use it for ages but the Guard outfits sadly have some pretty noticeable tearing on the left hand. By that I mean the left hand in first person is completely detached from your arm. I was hoping that the mod author would come back and fix it but its been about a year or so. Pretty clear he's good as gone. SO could anyone be a dear and explain to be how to fix it on my own? Hope to hear from someone as soon as possible, thanks!

So I have an issue. Dunno if its just me but even with all mods disabled the automatic laser rifle fires high. Which is a problem for me as I like using laser rifles over pretty much anything else. To be more specific using the vanilla reflex sight my shots are landing basically at the very top of the circle on the reticle rather than on the dot. Any idea what could be causing this, if its an existing bug or what? Its been around as long as I can remember playing the game. Its not really a huge issue really but it'd be nice for when I occasionally want to drop a single person at a range before getting closer. I.E. someone with a Fat Man or something. Anyway, suggestions or hopefully a fix would be appreciated, thanks!
