Thanks for the replies, I'm not looking to power level too much, I did that with Smith/Enchant/Alchemy when I bought the game a year ago but I quickly became OP and lost interest, it's just the actual thing of doing the confirmation for every single item that takes time, so I'll follow titoman's method. I will get the mod for gaining smithing xp for smelting and tanning as you suggested Lotus97.

I've had a good look around but can't find a mod that removes the 'yes or cancel' check when you create things, does such a mod exist? I would like to speed up ore smelting, smithing etc.. so i can create things with just one click rather than clicking the item to be created and then moving the mouse to click yes each time.
