  1. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/8010/? No hard feelings :) not a huge fan myself.
  2. Hello Nexus Mod Forums, Yes, I understand this is a bizarre request. Why hide the cursor? Isn't that essential for a pc gamer? Why not use a controller? The answer is that I am attempting to make an immersive roleplay youtube series and I wish to keep the HUD as hidden as possible. The only issue is that the cursor is the only part of the HUD that never disappears. I have no issue with hiding the cursor especially because I can use the arrow keys to navigate any menus and I cannot use a controller to save my life. How would I go about removing this? I have not found an accurate solution to hiding the cursor. Using the console command "tm" doesn't work, erasing the cursor from the interface sheet in photoshop has gotten me nowhere, and I am curious if it is at all possible to actually remove this. If so please let me know and thank you for your time. -Josh
  3. Ignore this. My issue was fixed and the forums won't let me delete this.
  4. If you press a button for the dialogue do they work?
  5. When having a conversation with an npc and you turn off the HUD in the console, do the dialogue options still work? Or do you have to turn the HUD back on?(I don't have fallout 4 on PC yet and am very curious)
  6. Thank you good point. It may be a couple months but when the teaser goes up I will post it. :)
  7. That's actually not TOO far off what I'm trying to do Moksha8088, except more immersive and story driven
  8. That's a very good point, but my question is- When fall rolls around will Fallout 4 still be popular enough to warrent the support for an ongoing series? That could last a few years?
  9. For public. I would try to put it on a site for machinima type videos but aside from Gorilla Gong such a site doesn't exist. Youtube will have to be my designated field.
  10. I appreciate the idea but the type of show I'm going for is going to take place in a set location with the same characters and art style. Each game is big enough to satisfy like 3-4 seasons Fallout 4 and New Vegas especially and include mods and dlc the number only increases.
  11. Especially because Fallout 4's modding community extends to consoles. This will largely increase the coverage and the amount of mods will make it into almost an entirely new game. Not to mention this game's MASSIVE popularity.
  12. Thank you for all of the suggestions. For anyone curious about the type of show I am planning I want to create a hybrid of the series "Freeman's Mind" and the famed RT series mentioned by BlackRoseOfThorns. It sounds kinda like what Roosterteeth did with Red vs Blue, when they created voiced over series based on Halo characters models and maps. Fallout 4 is much more visually pleasing. The upgraded engine can handle more objects and actors before it starts stuttering due to draw calls as long as you have good cpu. It's also based on Skyrim and once the creation hit launches in April we will see some Skyrim mod ports to Fallout 4. I think you would be mostly interested in the one allowing player to "possess" other npcs and turn them into actors. I would definately pick Fallout 4 for video material due to the fact that the new Settlement build mode and some mods you can create enviroments without the need to dabble into creation kit. A show that is from the perspective of the main character, but having a lot of episodes revolving around other characters and creating more cinematic shots to tell the story.
  13. I understand it isn't for everyone, but what I wanna do is make the game feel more like a tv show. Voice over the main character and create episodic stories based on the in-game quests.
  14. Thank you for the suggestions everyone. You've helped immensely.
  15. Hello, my name is Josh and I am a YouTube content creator and have been producing content for about 5 years. I have always wanted to produce a written YouTube machinima series, not the new style of Machinima that's just a fancy news station, the ACTUAL definition of Machinima, but more important to you.. a series about Fallout. However, I am split. I want to do one in Fallout: New Vegas, but I also really want to do one in Fallout 4. And no, I can't do both. I would be trying to make it a comedy style show but at the same time try to take it serious and try not to lose the Fallout atmosphere. The issue I face is which game to choose. Which one fits a series better? I wanted to ask the people what they would like to see more. Should I spring for Fallout 4? Or would New Vegas be more entertaining? I'm looking for the one with good companions, fun world and quests, a story that would be watchable over the course of multiple seasons, and the one with a more appeal. What do you all think? Which would be better? Any feedback is seriously appreciated. I won't be doing 3 by the way. Thank you for your time, - Joshua T.
  16. Before anyone asks, I am well aware this is asking a lot and may not be possible to do. But I am posting this because a lot of things I thought impossible in Skyrim were made possible by the nexus, so most bets are off. I want to request a Skyrim modification that allows for a Fallout 4 style dialogue system, and by that I do not mean the dialogue camera or limited and oddly placed dialogue options, but instead the environment interaction. In Fallout 4 you can wander around or even run away while talking to an NPC. I feel that this might be slightly doable in Skyrim, especially since someone was able to beautifully and practically perfectly port the inventory looting system (http://www.nexusmods...rim/mods/73096/) . would make the game flow a lot better, though is possible to break certain quests. If this is possible I would like to know, but more especially see it be created in a possible mod. If I am asking too much forgive me, but I would just adore to see this made possible in Skyrim.
