    I recently installed Windows 8.1. Now whenever I select XCOM: EW to start from the launcher, it defaults me to XCOM: EU. I get the same result if I select EU from the launcher. I have tried validating my Steam files, updating my graphics drivers, and deleting/redownloading the game, but the problem persists.
