In oblivion as you know the mysterium xarxes was used to create a paradise, a magic world that the maker of was god in, my idea/suggestion/request is that well, you do that, there is 1 page left, you could make the discovering how to a long quest and then made a customisable paradise extra world land mass kinda thing, seems to me that that page holes quite a bit of power and the idea that you or someone else(possibly a villain you could fight in the quest) would not want or try to use its huge power i find unbelievably unrealistic mages would flock to get it to unlock its huge power, and maybe so could you, become a true deadra almost, your own plane, just a thought.....
