What is the "one thing" then? Something in my windows local cache folder It doesnt have the microsoft corpiration company name on it. Could this be the dodgy thing?

I have one thing in my local appdata but that seems to be the only thing outside of what you said should be in.

Wait, it failed? What error message do you get? I am using firefox it just says falied after I download

When I manual download it seems to fail. Which is weird because I can download from other places and I can download on steam/other things without any problems.

I just deleted all traces of VPN software to try that but still nothing. The certificate for that link all looks good. Ran out of ideas, it barely downloads for a second without crashing out.

I have the same issue, had it for a week. I have tried uninstalling and disabling any kind of antivirus.

Hey, I got this problem and been trying to fix it for like a week. Turned off antivirus and my PC is fully updated
