Hi all! I was wondering if there´s any easy (in-game) way to re-position equipment on player, I´m thinking especially on things like Bandoliers - Bags and Pouches. It doesn´t fit to well on my slender figure:D. Nopw RaceMeny has a bunch of sliders and scalers, can anyone of them be used to move a pouch or bandolier closer to the body? On a side note, where can i get help with crash logs?

No, it´s not the loadorder, only mod list. I have TES5Edit, but I´m not good enough with it to know what to do. I just take a look and scratch my head. And I can´t really tell intentional conflicts from the unwanted ones.

The way I understand it is this. Let´s say you have twp plugins, Beefstew 1 and Beefstew 2. Beefstew number one changes Beefstew so it´s compatible with let´s say RnD. Beefstew number two makes it so you get magical benefits from beefstew, but is not compatible with RnD. Loadorder; Skyrim RnD Beefstew nr 2 Beefstew nr 1 Beefstew is now compatible with RnD but you don´t get benefits from Beefstew nr 2. The reason is that Beefstew nr 1 doesn´t carry changes from beefstew nr 2 forward (they get set back to default). If you change there position you get the benefits from nr 2 but not compatibility from nr 1. What you need is a (merged) patch for these mods so the changes from nr 2 is carried forward by number 1. Loadorder; Skyrim RnD Beefstew nr 2 Beefstew nr 1 Beefstew nr 2&1 patch So to your question, any unchanged fields should be ok, it´s only a problem if they change the same records or change a vanilla asset. So I´ve been playing this character for 14 lvls and everything seemed fine until I enter Solitude where it seems I get random CTD´s. Now I don´t have many mods related to Solitude, Radient Rainment Overhaul, a landscape overhaul and the ones affecting NPC´s. In MO I don´t get any warnings or flags that something is wrong. Had a similar problem before. Couldn´t solve it, So I removed all mods, re-installed Skyrim and re-installed the mods.

OK, so I did that and it works like a charm. Now I want to make an another patch. I want to make the Crude Axe and Woodsman Axe drom Jswords to be usable for cutting wood. Apparantly, to do that, I need to add those items to a FormList WoodChoppingAxes, can I do that with TESEdit, looked around inside but didn´t see any FormList entries.

My feeling is that your problem isn´t language related. Most likely, the authors doesn´t know the other mod exists and therefore there is no compatibility warning. Instead, I suggest you read the mod description thoroughly and make an educated guess yourself. You might be able to bypass this problem by putting one higher in priority to see if that helps.

Was thinking of how un-immersive the prison is in Skyrim, and crime punishment overall. I´ve tried Prison Overhaul but that gave me a bunch of conflicts and weird behaviour. So. I tried a bunch of slavery mods but they tend to require a ton of additional mods and are not directly linked to a prison sentence, apart from being very kinky. Doesn´t anyoner know of a mod that improve prisons without being to heavy-weight?? Or, does anyone feel inclined to make this happen? I would do it myself, but I don´t have the experience or skill with CK to make it happen.

So, I want to make a patch between Jaysus Swords and Hunterborn. Specifically, I want the Hunting knife from Jswords to be a viable Hunting knife in Hunterborn, one that can be used to skin and harvest. First I tried to make Hunterborn knives disenchantable, but realised they aren´t enchanted to begin with. Instead they have a keyword added to them. Now, how do I load Jswords,esm and Hunterborn.esp in such a way that I can use Hunterborn keywords to make a patch plugin?? Thanks in advance!!

I request a mod that makes your follower a squire. That is, carries your armor and weapon, and through a dialogue option can "dress you up for battle". Idealy there will be support for different sets i.e. light/heavy/clothes. Also support for different weapon sets. Would be nice with a little animation too. The idea is for this to be prior to battle. The reasoning being both to prevent #PAUS#equip armor#UNPAUS# Fight and for more "immersiveness". I also take the opportunity to ask for a werewolf armor can is equipped as if you were human, combined with the above idea. Your squire puts the armor on. Thanks a lot to the modding community, you´re the sole reason I still play Skyrim.

OK, this is the deal. I´ve have compelety uninstalled Skyrim and all mods I had to start over again. First thing I did was to install SKSE, SkyUI, FNIS, AV and some other mods I consider a must-have. I´ve played with these mods for several hours without problems. Next time I start Skyrim (SKSE through MO) it crashes before the main menu. The same configuration worked the day before. I´ve unticked all mods except skyrim itself and update.esm, and it still crashes when I launch through SKSE. It works however if I launch SKSE from Skyrim folder. I´m not sure if this is SKSE or MO causing the problem but I´ve used this combination for months previously.

Today I started to think about magic, since I am about to write a novel that involves magic and then suddenly I had an idea for Skyrim. This could involve re-naming the schools of magic and remove spells. Destruction; Rather than flames bursting from your fingertips, fire magic now will require a source, that means a fire or a flame. That includes; torches, campfires, kitchen fires ans so on. The magic is now done by either; take a torch and place it front you; take a deep breath, and blow. The effect is scaled by the casters mana/skill ratio. The higher the skill, the more damage caused. The higher the mana, the longer the range. Or; cause the kitchen fire to reach for a target standing either left, right, front of, or behind the fire. With enough skill; cause the fire to erupt and consuming an entire room. Ice is done in a similar way were the requirements are ice. Raise a Ice wall that seperates you from attackers, seal a corridor in a cave or trap those bandits in an ice cage. Restoration; basically the same, but something should be done about sun spells, not sure what right now. Illusion; is based on the concept of manipulating your opponent. Make him think you are more powerful than him and he´ll surrender/flee. Create a mirage of a giant frost troll that´s just waiting to tear him apart. Illusion is a weaker form of conjuration that only projects the image of a conjuration but doesn´t conjure anything. Conjuration; will require a lot more work for a mage to raise a corpse, possibly baking in Corpse Preparation - True Necromancy by Mojo. Either included with permission or made a required mod. No raise dead without the hard work. This will make Undead rare but much more powerful, another mod to possibly incude is Truly Undead. Conjure deadric summons will require an altar and a proper ritual. With the possibility of the summon to turn against the conjurer. Animals can not be conjured, but they might be able to raise. Alteration; this should be difficult school to master since it is alterating the real world, it is not illusions or winds or fire. More ideas are welcome. But I´d like to point out that spells such as Firebolt/Flames and their Novice/ adept structure is what I am trying to avoid here. I´d like the magic to be the use of natures elements (Fire, Ice, Earth and Wind) and the I don´t like the vanilla learning process.

I reinstalled my windows yesterday and my steam directory was never touched because it was on another partition. But still it was giving me troubles when I tried to start it up. My MO folder is in it´s own filepath so I redownloaded Skyrim and still it wouldn´t launch through SKSE. Tried to reinstall SKSE also but I get this error message: "The procedure entry point D3DX9_43.#148 could not be located in the dynamic link library d3dx9_42.dll." Anyone know what this is all about?? Update Skyrim doesn´t start up through steam either. I come to the start window, but when I press PLAY it never starts up.

While on the quest for searching for the monks in the Staff of Magnus quest I was entering the Mzulft ruin and there my character turns invisible/disappears when I move the camera/mouse. I first noticed it last night. It seems to only happen in this ruin. Anyone else having similar issues??

I am looking for a mod that changes spell learning/crafting. I don´t really like the system where you have to by tomes, and then new tomes to get a powerful version. I am looking for something that makes you learn spells through practice/meditation/whatever and then the spells becomes more powerful as you´re magic skills increases.

But I wish to add my own material category in the Tanning Rack like "Linen" and my items under that. Keywords for material linen does not exist in vanilla, so I would need to add it. I´ve just ran into a strange thing when activating an enchanting table. The initial animation plays but then it just cancel and Im forced from the enchanting interface, have many mods but I´ve played a long time with them and haven´t had any problems. Am I the only one experiencing this? Any tips anybody?

I have a weird bug or conflict that causes my game to CTD when I pass Shor´s Stone towards Riften. However, with another character (same mods installed) I pass without problem. The "problem character" is the newer of the two. I´ve tried disable all mods that affect towns and cities but this still happens. I have 196 mods but few of them alter cities and locations. I have Beauty of Skyrim, Lanterns of Skyrim, Nernies city and village Expansion. I´ve tried disable Nernies but without effect, this mod has worked alongside for quite a while but so far I´ve never been to Riften.

So, I´ve got a few ideas I want to implement into some mods. Problem is, I´ve never done something like this before and have no clue to what to do. I´d appreciate if someone was willing to point out directions and tips on how-to. My first project is relatively simple, yet unlike anything I´ve ever done. It is to add a few pieces of clothing to the game, more specific a loincloth (female) in leather low-cut style. Some kind of chest-piece and a harness for carrying the weapons. Like two-handed weapons on back together with a quiver and bow. On left side a one-handed sword (possibly also a shortsword), right side a waraxe. On the butt two crossed daggers. this are going to be separated items like the Scamp´s 9-piece armor. or if someone feels like this is easy enough for them to create themselves.

No, I had Sky Hair at an earlier point but I don´t use it now. I have UNP body (for my custom race) and Lore-Friendly Females for other races, I removed these texture files and the game still crashes.
