I am not using nexus premium and there is something very wrong with my download speeds. I know that being non-premium restricts your file dl speed to about 1000kb per sec, but mine seems to be capped even earlier than that. I was downloading Monster mod Reborn and it said that the download was going at max speed. The download speed bar at the bottom was filled all the way up to indicate that the speed had been capped. However, when i looked at the amount downloaded in the download manager, i noticed that it was increasing at only about 500kb per sec, instead of the promised 1000kb per sec. So, either the Nexus Mod Manager is broken, or the Nexus is cheating me. I hope that whatever issue there is, that its being resolved, and the dl speed cap is fixed, and i sincerely hope that the nexus is not trying to lying to its users.

you know that "pulsing" visual effect you get when you have low health or are a vampire in the sun? for some reason it won't stop playing for me. i'm not a vampire and i have full health but for some reason i keep getting that red "pulse" on the edges of the screen. i checked my active effects and theres nothing that should be causing the effect to happen. i am not a werewolf and i don't have sanguine vampiraris. HOW DO I FIX?
