I'm looking to change the textures for the Hot Pink Flame paint for all the power armors. Where do I go to extract these?

I'm in the process of making a mod for the vault suit that requires the removal of the vault number. I edit vaultsuitnumber111_d.dds and in game, it shows up as a black or white box. I've no idea what to do. Please help.

So I've been dabbling in the files and I found the music files, but I can't seem to find the voice files that Travis says on Diamond City Radio. I'm trying to change it, record some of my own messages between songs, etc, but I can't find any voice files for him. I need some help, please. I just want to change his Radio speech, not his speech when you visit him in person, if at all possible.
