i've had the same problem, but i didn't notice any of the missing textures and meshes in game, but i looked at the Point Lookout bsa, and searched for some textures i needed to install another mod. But the weird thing is, i found those textures and meshes in the main FO3 bsa. I too, am confused.

i kept the old nvse, and installed the new 4gbnvse, but it says "couldn't retrieve EXE version information" then the runs the game in the 4gb form, but without nvse. not sure if it's the same problem you guys are having. help please?
