I'm having the same issue as OP, and I can't understand it at all. Here's my load order.

Hi all. As the title suggests, I'm getting a CTD every time that Jarl Bulgruuf says that exact line to his Housecarl. I've never had this problem occur before, and I need help figuring it out. Since the uploader won't allow me to attach my load order automatically, it's listed below (these are all the ones that are currently enabled).

I was planning on creating a weapon mod as close as possible to Byakuya Kuchiki's Zanpakuto, Senbonzakura, from the Anime/Manga Bleach. However, because I am new to modding, I have no idea how to create the necessary files. I am now asking any experienced weapon modders for assistance if possible.

I wouldn't mind seeing a Power Rangers mod for NV (preferably original Rangers), but the only problem would be trying to decide on what outfit to wear. Either I wear the outfit of one of the Rangers, or I stick with the Shinigami Captain Armor from http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/48595/?

I'm interested in seeing a Digimon follower mod too, but one Digimon that absolutely would have to be included is Angewomon. There is a Digimon-based mod, but only Patamon. It is found at steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=165823837&searchtext=boom+bubble

I'd personally love to see all aspects of Rosario + Vampire in Skyrim. By the way, the 6 characters in the image, from the left, are: Mizore Skirayuki (a Snow Woman or Yuki-Onna), Ruby Toujo (a Witch), Moka Akashiya (S-Class Super-Monster AKA Vampire), Yukari Sendo (a Witch), Kokoa Shuzen (Moka's sister and a Vampire), and Kurumu Kurono (a Succubus).
