For some reason I cant move after exiting vault 111. The vault elevator is color purple and after I exit vault 111 I can only move my vision, there is also no HUD and I cant switch to third person mode or open my pip boy. I have arranged my load order over 5 times now and its didn't seem to make any change. Please help!
