Do you use NMM or LOOT?

Frankly, if it isn't game breaking, don't worry about it. When you have a modded game you are lucky if you don't crash every thirty minutes or so.

Use savetool to clean up excess scripts, and NMM if far better than vortex, also use LOOT to find mod conflicts.

No, snow under roofs wouldn't cause that. Have you tried verifying your game files? -
I am using the Better Vampire mod, and for some reason, I don’t have the money menu or the power, do you only get them once you become a vampire? (I have used loot, wyre bash, nmm, savetool, and tes5edit) Any help is greatly appreciated!
