Update: I got curious when I saw this video on youtube. ( )It shows a Fallout 4 running at 60 FPS. His and the graphics card of this CPU is the same. So I got curious why this computer can't run it. ( Note: The shop that selling this CPU, was trying to offer it to me at an affordable price,so I was really desperate for answers )

When I tried skyrim performance monitor. It revealed that skyrim is using little performance my laptop could do. I also checked the task manager and it's just using 600,000 of memory. I did a bit of tweaking like activating all of the cores of my laptop. And my performance did improve a bit. But Im having problems with ENBoost for some reason, I have to keep trying. Thanks for all the help. (Sorry for a very late reply)

Even if you believe it's not mod related it's still worth trying. Deactivate all your mods .Don't use SKSE, use the launcher . Delete Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini.(Don't worry about it, skyrim will place another Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini there again automatically) If it's still freezing, verify your game cache in steam. Worst case scenario you had to reinstall the game. EDIT: Try loading a previous save.
