Therianthropie

Hey guys, sry for my bad english I'm from germany so if anybody could help in german I would be very glad. If I download a Mod with the NMM and click on "Activate the Selected Mod" it says "The Mod is succesfully activated" but there's nothing changing in game. Just when I copy the files manually into the root directory of Skyrim it changes ingame. But with this I cannot disable the mod like the NMM should do it.
