Hi guys. Not sure if I'm posting this in the proper place but I have several fan groups on Facebook and do quite well with them. Anyhow, someone made the suggestion that he'd like to play as a Raider in Fallout 4. Is it possible to create a mod for this?

I don't know if this is the proper venue to bring this up, but I guess it couldn't hurt to try. I know that PS3 has a keyboard available for it and I was wondering if anyone knows what you need to operate one in way of software for it. Also, if anyone has a keyboard, can you use it with your games for console commands? I don't know if these questions are valid or bordering on something tantamount to a possible ban, but it never hurts to ask.

This is a question for any admin only: do you think Dark0ne would allow me to use his post here regarding console modding on my website? He would receive full credit for it as I will post his username and real name on it. The reason for my request is that I cannot get my users to understand that console modding is illegal in regards to the games (downloading the programs they need and loading them onto either PS3 or Xbox360) and the systems themselves. If you use authorized parts from the manufacturer (i.e., a bigger HDD), you're in the clear. What I'm referring to is some doofus adding extra chips to these systems for added power or to play imported games. That's the modding I know is a no-no and I have problems getting people to understand this. In no way do I condone these activities under any circumstances, which is the reason for my request to use the post in regards to this subject. It's the best-worded post I've seen to help deter console users from performing illegal activities. I'm trying to lead by example and Dark0ne's example is the best around: it's plain, self-explanatory, and to the point. Thank you for your time. You can delete this post. After speaking to a moderator, he gave me a sufficient answer to satisfy me and I appreciate the help.

Why do Super mutant Overlord have Tri-Beam Laser Rifles and where are they getting them? Who's the supplier of these weapons?

Now, I don't know if the previous answer is what I need, but every time I exit the control tower after deciding to nuke either option (Adams or Citadel), I talk to Sarah and enter the Vertibird when the screen goes black, but I still have sound. Will the above-mentioned patches work to correct this hiccup or should I uninstall and then re-install the game? Any help is appreciated. I'm not using any mods if that helps you with an answer. I bought the game from Steam in April.

I'm doing this without the use of mods for a first-time run-through and after Sarah tells me to get onboard the Vertibird, the sound effects and music keep going, but the screen goes dark. Is there a patch or fix for this?

The disk is worthless, it's the key you pay for and once used it's forever tied to your account. This actually breaks E.U law and a case is going through the German courts at the moment which may force Steam and others to change their ways. I had asked this question for the reason stated above, but just I thought of something else: my stepson tried to use the disc on his PC at home and said it wouldn't work. He did this without my consent, even after I told him it was useless to him and received a lengthy lecture from me about software piracy and theft. I told him that if he ever did it again, he'd be facing criminal charges from the federal government. He's 18 now and is slowly realizing everything he does now is permanent and can affect him down the road.

This idea came to me after seeing pictures of a rusty old van restored to look like The Mystery Machine: How about a tag team companion set of Scooby Doo and Shaggy. You tell Scooby to go find something like ammo and he argues with you; tell Shaggy to give you food, he says he ate it all. I know it sounds dumb as hell, but is it possible to make this?

Saw a similar post for this from 3 years ago, but the mod disappeared/was taken down/banned. Any chance this can be remade? I'd retex a Laser Pistol for this one.

I was going to suggest something like this, but one that would allow you to get beamed up to MZ after attacking and killing the aliens and looting their bodies. To me, this is the only DLC that makes sense as a crossover for New Vegas. Now, I don't know how legal that would be due to copyright issues concerning this type of crossover, as the Requiem mod has been banned from this site. I don't know if Robin would have an issue with just one DLC being used in conjunction with/as a mod for New Vegas, but ultimately it's his call.

I was truly shocked by the fact that Fallout New Vegas needed Steam to validate a retail copy. I do have a retail copy but wanted to know if I can resell this or if I own it forever? I figure it would be legal but could someone still use it for verification purposes or is it considered to be junk?
