I just installed version 0.14.1 and it let me log in.

I have the same problem but my password has no special characters, only letters and numbers. I just installed it but I can't use it at all. :wallbash:

So when can we expect the big mods to start popping up?
RaynorX posted a topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
It seems like most of the mods coming out right now are either re-textures, new armor/weapons, or minor game tweaks. Will there be any more ambitious mods like the Real-Time Settler in Fallout 3 or the mod that let you join the Mythic Dawn in Oblivion? Also something like the Warzones mod for New Vegas would be perfect for creating random skirmishes (like 15-20 on each side) between Stormcloaks and Imperial soldiers to make the war in Skyrim more visible than it appears, or Vigilents of Stendarr and Necromancers/Vampires/Daedra. And I can think of plenty of Oblivion mods that I would love to see return in Skyrim. -
The best ones I've found are the Companions in Whiterun after doing a bunch of their quests. Most of them are pretty tough.

Obviously, you forgot to insult it's mother. Did you try Shouting (Thu'um) at it too?

Do Daedra appear like they do in Oblivion?
RaynorX replied to huntsman2310's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Flame Atronachs look pretty much the same as in Oblivion but more stylized obviously, same with the Frost Atronachs but they may be a little larger. The only Dremora I have seen so far have been and they seem similar enough. -
How about actually making the cooking feature necessary? Like making your character eat and sleep. Would add to the immersion and make hunting all of those elk a lot more useful. You wouldn't even have too look to hard to find food given the abundance of salmon and the like, you'd just have to carry some salt with you and take a quick swim. At the moment people don't even need to use beds anymore like they had to in Morrowind and Oblivion to level up. There's no point in sleeping except for the small bonus. And if you're a werewolf there's no point in sleeping at all since you wouldn't get the bonus anyways.

Yeah, it just depends on speech level I think because I haven't gotten a single perk on that tree yet but I intimidate everyone around me.
-
Yeah especially in mine when ...who apparently had no problem with it and thought it was "sweet"

I guess some people prefer GTA-style killing sprees over doing quests. I'd prefer something in the other direction, make companions invulnerable because they keep leaping in between me and the enemy while I'm swinging my axe...

The reason this would be practical is if you can't find that last piece of armor for a full set. If all you are finding is gloves and boots, and your smithing is high enough, you could just melt those down and make some armor or a helmet.
-
I was honestly hoping that hiring the wagon driver found outside of the major towns would take you the full way to the cities, kind of like the cinematic in the beginning of the game. Skyrim has some gorgeous landscapes, and it would have been nice to sit back and watch it go by. There could even have been an option to skip to the end of the journey. They did it for the taxi rides in GTA4, why not do it for this game?

Yeah, our heroes need a few motives like the Hardcore mode in Fallout:NV.
-
Hmm, what about tattoos that act like equipped magic items? Kind of like Planescape: Torment (If I remember correctly)
-
Well for obsessive collectors like myself that handful of mannequins is simply not enough.
-
Yeah, not to mention it would look sweet during those bar fights.

Its a shame that the number of rings you could wear was cut down to only one from Oblivion's two. Is there a problem with the other fingers? Why can we only wear ONE ring now? Could someone make a mod that allows for at least 4 rings to be worn simultaneously? Maybe someone thought it would make the character overpowered, but if we didn't care about power then everyone would have stayed at level one and lived in Riverwood!
-
Could someone make a mod that makes it possible to get every perk? Or even change the number of perks per level to 2 or something? I like to make my characters use a bit of everything as far as weapons, stealth, and magic go.

For some reason all of the super mutants have decided to boycott all FOOK weapons in favor of the old vanilla weapons (only mutants with hunting rifles, missile launchers, etc. will actually use them. the rest will only use bare hands). I don't know why this is since they've used them in the past and all the other enemies have no problems with throwing lead/plasma at me with whatever they have in their hands. I'm using FOMM so I'll put my load order at the bottom of this post in case there's a problem there. Has anyone experienced this or something similar? For some reason the Broken Steel DVD isn't working even when it has worked fine before. I opened the DVD and ran the 1.6 English US patch first like the instruction pamphlet says to do. It appears to do so without any problems. Then I run the 'Fallout - Broken Steel Point Lookout EN' file. It opens the install shield thing and goes through the installation process until the end where I click Finish. That should be fine except that when I run Fallout 3 and come across any of the new content (my first glimpse is the house near Megaton where the "holy water" comes from after the completion of the purifier quests. There's nothing in the house except for a bunch of big red <!>s . The Broken Steel and Point Lookout esm's are in the Data Files so the game can "see" what's supposed to be there but when I ran a search for Broken Steel on my computer I didn't find anything. I have folders for The Pitt and Operation Anchorage (another PC DVD that is working like it should be) in the C drive but none for the other two. Anyone have an idea of what I should do? OS: Windows Vista Fallout 3 Location: C -> Program Files (x86) -> Bethesda -> Fallout 3

Thanks guys, I noticed they were having some problems last week so I hope everything is ok over there. Good to hear about the new version too, I can't wait to try that out. yep, I've always been a fan of Starcraft and the characters :) (Jim and Fenix especially)

What is your favorite Misc. quest in Fallout 3?
RaynorX replied to jaosals42's topic in Fallout 3's Spoilers
My favorite is Reilly's Rangers because I like the armor you get, my second favorite would have to be Oasis. :) -
Like: Three Dog RL-3 (R. Lee 3rmey) President Eden (I'm a sucker for talking super computers) Hate: Forty in Paradise Falls President Dave everyone in Talon Company
