I just got this problem. I too have 209 mods, and 255 plugins, but I use Nexus Mod Manager. I don't want to reset my Skyrim, not in the mood, and currently I have found no answer either on how to fix this problem.

You know, this isn't necessarily my biggest dream mod, but an armor mod that looks like this one (main menu for Vindictus) would be absolutely awesome. Couldn't find one, so this would great, the mod author would just have to interpret the front (which would be a perfect way to express some nice creativity).
