I have Familiar Faces installed with all the required mods and it is still not working I have tried using the troubleshoot the mod author recommends but I still don't get the portal stone.

it is and sorry for some reason it won't allow me to post the image. The khajiit merchant mod I'm talking about puts a permant khajiit merchant outside whiterun near the stables at the intersection(or whatever they call it) in the area with like little shelter I could possibly send you the pic since it won't let me post it

So I had a mod installed that added a khajiit merchant outside of whiterun near the stables and now it's gone not even on my mod list. Did the mod author take it down? Pic is there to show where it was located.
