It would be as simple as changing ApplyStatus duration from 10 to -1, but I personally can't figure out the process -

This has been requested in 3 posts now, I'm also looking for exactly this but it's weird that it hasn't been done yet. -

I second this. Tiefling's racial Flame blade is incredibly weak for being once per long rest, and even just from a flavour perspective it would be really nice to have a permanent version, especially as a caster who can't use regular weapons. -
Hi. Is it possible to do a better Submachine Fun perk mod? Something around the likes of just being a permanent passive +22% fire rate boost, instead of constantly having to swap weapons to re-up the effect. I've searched high and low and can't seem to find a mod for anything similar, nor do I know anyone that knows how to do it. (Even tried to figure it out myself, but my amateur ass has virtually no experience modding).

If I had any experience with modding there first thing I would do was create a XM2010 for Fallout new vegas.
