Roughjericho

Title pretty much says it all. Was trying to get the Trapper achievement when i ran up against this. All the other small cages show up in the building menu; but the Dog Cage is missing. The save I'm on is unmodded aside from the obligatory DLCs. No Homemaker, SSE or anything else.
