What platform is it for PC PlayStation or Xbox because Iâm playing on the Xbox one

Is there a mod for the Xbox one that allows you to equipped more than one weapon on your character at the same time like for an example a great sword and a bow or a sword and a bow frankly Iâm getting kind of tired of one weapon disappearing when I equip a different one so I would like to know if there is a mod that allows you to equipped more than one weapon on your character at the same time if there is not for the Xbox one can someone please create a mod like that for me I would really appreciate it

Is there a Skyrim mod for Xbox one that allows you to have multiple weapons equipped on your characters body at the same time for an example like a great sword and a sword and a bow equipped on your characters body at the same time is their mod like that if there is not can someone create one that will be cool thanks PS two more things it will be cool if there was a flying mod for Skyrim that allowed you to fly around like superman or with wings if you have a wing mod and also it would be cool if there was a spell or a power mod that will allow you to transform yourself into anything like for an example you could transform yourself into like a dragon or shape shift yourself to look like anybody in Skyrim

I downloaded state of the decay trainer on my PC and installed it and it says it's activated but I don't know how to bring it up on the monitor
