  1. I was wondering if anyone could make a mod that fixes the current bug with Followers using Soul Trap. Right now, if a follower Soul Traps an enemy, all empty soul gems that are the same type as the soul captured will be filled. If it could be fixed so only one soul would be filled it would be awesome. I tried looking for it in the scripts myself but could not find it. Thanks Badprenup
  2. I'll try and see if I can make this. Seems like a good way to get started with Scripting. The only problem is it seems like a LOT of dialog and menus to go through. But I'll try and work it out. No guarantee it will be done or even started soon though, just figured I'd point that out. The scripting is entirely different than what I am used to.

Well the way that Oblivion (And Morrowind and Fallout for that matter) kept your computer from exploding under the sheer awesomeness is that when you are out in the wilderness, The game engine will only load your cell and a few of the cells surrounding it, plus the LOD. I'm assuming Skyrim will be the same way which means the technical limitation will be no more than what is already there, even if we put all the land in the same worldspace as the continent of Skyrim. The only thing that will be different is it will take more HDD space.
  4. Hello all. I would like to formally extend the hand to anyone and everyone who will be playing or modding Skyrim to join us in the creation of all of Tamriel. Our goal is to build all of Tamriel into TESV: Skyrim. This has been attempted before on older games, but never (to my knowledge) has anyone started to put together a team for this beforehand. We are still shorthanded and there is several months before we can even begin to do actual work on this. But if we know anything about game development, concepts are being made months before they start building anything. So if we start now, we have a good jump on this. Our basic Manifesto: Our Goal: Total lore-friendly recreation of all of Tamriel. Detailed Goal: We are attempting to build all of Tamriel in the engine of Skyrim. It will all be in the same time period as the events of Skyrim (4th era), and will adhere to any lore officially set by Bethesda. We will be starting on Solstheim, as it is small enough to get an idea of technical and creative challenges, close enough where we can use many of Skyrim's assets on it, and discussed enough in official lore that we have an idea of what is going on there. From there we plan to move south and expand, as we will hopefully have a lot of members by the time re get that far. Currently Seeking: Anyone.   7. Can anyone who mods this or has the G.E.C.K. upload a list for me? It should be a faction of people that you can enslave for the Slavers at Paradise Falls. I know there is the 4 for the Strictly Business quest but there is a faction of "Possibly Enslavable's". If anyone could type up a list of the actors in that faction I would really appreciate it. I would prefer the in-game names, but I know that factions use Actor IDs or whatever they are called so anything you guys give would help. I would do it myself, but my gaming PC fried so I'm stuck on my Crap-top. Thanks in advance.

  9. How do you add borders to a worldspace? I built a custom Worldspace and don't want it to be an island, I want to just have the message that says, "You cannot go this way, turn back." Any idea on how to do this?
  10. Yeah I wouldn't think it would either be affected by type of cell its in, as collision is in the Mesh itself. I used some collision boxes and it works great, for a temporary fix at least. Thanks. I know all about walls lacking collision, I used to jump through the Bloodworks wall and kill Porkchop for training. Until I figured out I couldn't get out ;D
  11. I'll tell you right now it ain't Darnified UI because that in no way alters the game world. It only changes menus and the HUD.   12. I recently came across a rock in the CS from the Colovian Highlands called CHRock165. I liked the size and shape of it, so I decided to use it for a mod I'm making. I dropped a few in the game (an interior cell, which shouldn't make a difference, just thought I'd mention) and now when I play the game. I find I can walk through them. That doesn't seem right. Is it known that this rock has no collision or could it be a mod conflict or what?

  14. well you're still wrong either way mate. you can't think like its in real life. This is a game and naturally things have been overlooked or couldn't be fixed in any way. The reason they continue to attack is strictly because there isn't anything in the Cowl's script or the game's engine to make them stop fighting if he takes it off. But this has intrigued me so I think I'm going to try to make a mod that fixes this.
