  1. I am trying to edit the heights a weights of a couple of NPCs, namely Farkas and Vilkas, but I am having trouble getting it to work. Other aspects of the mod I made work: their default armors are changed and Vilkas's hair is different, but the height and weight alteration aren't changing for some reason. I am wondering if maybe there is a "hidden" step, like ctrl + f4 when editing NPC faces? If anybody knows how to get this to work that would be awesome.
  2. Playing melee you get to see all sorts of cool deathblows, but playing as an archer you miss out on these. To even it out a bit it would be nice if you had some Fallout style ranged deathblows, where the camera might follow the arrow as it hits your target in slow motion and you can see the body fly back. Maybe a couple different angles (behind the arrow, point of view of the arrow, close up on the target, etc).
  3. Well I know the kit isn't out just yet, but it should be soon, and in the mean time I figured I could familiarize myself with the programs I would need to make such a mod. And why is this one not possible but all the other mods that change, add or remove parts of armor have been made?
  4. I made a request to see if somebody would make this armor mod for me, but haven't gotten any hits so I figured I could try and learn myself. As you can see in the pic it is just basically cutting and pasting two different types of armor already in the game onto each other. On paper this sounds easy enough, but I am admittedly ignorant to what exactly this would involve and how complicated it would really be. So could somebody with some experience inform me as to A. how difficult this would really be for a complete noob, and B. direct me to some resources to show me how I can get started? What programs I need and some tutorials. I have been looking around myself but I feel a bit lost, so I would appreciate being able to benefit from the wisdom of the modding community. Thanks.
  5. First, please forgive my mean photoshop skills. I just threw this together but I think it gets the point across. Basically my favorite armor in Oblivion was Savior's Hide, but while I think it looks awesome on female characters in Skyrim, it looks a little fruity on men. So this mod would be a replacement for that armor in Skyrim (or a new armor with the same stats once the Kit is released). It is simply the Nightingale armor with the top armor, bear pelt cape (recolored to grey) and belt of the Stormcloak officer armor. I set it with the SC officer boots and gloves, so maybe those could be recolored to match the armor, and if somebody really wants to go the extra mile the bear head could be replaced by the top of the wolf head model So I think this looks pretty badass. Any modders out there who can make this dream happen?
  6. I would love to have one of those as a companion for my ranger. And it isn't a must, but if somebody wants to go the extra mile and make it slightly larger (maybe 1.1 or 1.2 times bigger) with crisp white fur (think princess mononoke) and ice blue eyes then that is ever better. :D
  7. 1. Companion Horses- when you mount your horse so does your companion. Not an actual horse, the horse would only appear when you go to ride yours. 2. Companion werewolves- if your companion is a werewolf (as mine is), when you transform your companion does, too, changing back whenever you do. 3. Horse whistle- teleport your horse to you so you don't have to fast travel. 4.More sliders 5. Smoother face complexion options for human males (not creepy anime "beauty" ones, just smoothing out the wrinkles on the forehead, chin, and around the mouth). 6. Favorites menu subdivided into categories. 7. Add a bound one handed axe spell, resizing the 2-handed version.
  8. Two mods I have installed have stopped working, but only for new characters. These mods are the Armor of the Elven Warden and a suit of armor for Leliana based on her Sacred Ashes look. These armors are supposed to be added to the inventory automatiucally, and the creators have not provided console codes as far as I can see. They are still in the inventories of my older characters, however. I have made sure the mods are activated in the downloads. I have reinstalled the mods. I have deleted a few mods I had installed after those mods in case they were causing some comparability issues. Does anybody know why this would happen and how I could fix it?
