This is my first mod, but after some research I'm not sure why most of the changes aren't occurring. The mod is meant to alter the statistics of the seven vanilla races, but when I boot up the game, the only changes are the removal of starting spells (which is intentional, the mod is supposed to give you starting spells based on your race) and changing the description of certain abilities that I've edited with no mechanical reflection of this change. Any help or advice would be appreciated, thank you.
