Is there a way or a mod to make the white unicorn in Blood and Wine your permanent horse?

Just refreshed win 10 and lost a great save game. I tried to find it at the Nexus mod site and something changed there and there is only one page of save games shown now. Before there were several pages and I found a 100% save with high level but now, with only one page of save games, it is no longer there. So if anyone knows of a 100% save for SE version with high level please let me know.

Why would I use the simulated Witcher 2 save? Also what is NG+?

Skyrim has several mods that do this so why not Witcher 3?

Thanks but I have been putting mods in Fallout for years now and know all the tricks but this new update seems to have messed things up and was hoping there was some way to work around it.

Newest version of Steam game, newest version of NMM, downloaded Courser Power Suit again through NMM and installed and activated - still does not show up in game nor do the rest of my five mods I had working several months ago.

A year ago I could manually install any mod and it worked but now with all the new updates I cannot get any mod to work. I use Nexus Mod Manager, download mod, install mod and activate mod but nothing shows in game. I am trying to get the courser power suit to work as it did before all the latest updates but nothing I do will make it happen. I am downloading the latest version of this mod. Same happens with any mod I try to install, nothing shows in game either under Mods or any Inventory section. I have tried in NMM in the plugin section and the mod section and neither work. What is the trick to making this happen?

Ok did a test with one mod, re installed, checked in Mod Manger but still not in game...
