Hi guys, I was wondering if there was something I could do to uncap the framerate in my loading screens. I get a solid 60 frames usually in gameplay; during the loading screen, it drops to somewhere around 30 and has not ever gone above this. This is the case on consoles, my other saves, and previous computer systems. Is there any file I might be able to modify to change this? Anything other than that? (For the record, I know this won't help load times or whatnot, I just like to have consistent frames per second)
