  1. Hi, long story short I wanted to change the default Skill on the Lordsworn's Straight Sword to Gravity Bolt, which is the skill from Fallingstar Beast Jaw. I found all the param IDs and everything, got it to work. In-game though, when I cast it the character does the animation and the vfx happen on the sword, and it costs FP, but the bolt/rock spikes on the enemy don't happen. No damage, no visuals, no effect at all. Can anybody help me figure out why this would be? Thanks in advance.
  2. Maybe this mod already exists but I've looked all around and never found it. Basically I'd like the Extra Effect perk to allow me to add an extra enchantment to an item that is already enchanted. Not add three enchantments or whatever. The thing is, I use a lot of unique gear (stuff from Relics of Hyrule mostly) and I'd rather not have to wait until 100 Enchanting to do anything with it. And since it's all mod-added stuff, none of the enchantment removing mods work with it, the resulting item is a random vanilla equivalent. Any help here? I'd make the mod myself but I'm pretty new to CK and not sure what it would take to make such a large change. I've been just using console to give myself another copy of the item and mats to improve it, then just ditching the original somewhere, but that's really inconvenient and immersion-breaking. Thanks in advance!
  3. I've searched everything I can think of but I can't remember what it's called. Basically, it separated style and material, where weapons and smithing are concerned. So yo coud have a Dwarven Metal Imperial sword, for example. This is killing me, it was one of my favorite mods before I lost all my data.
  4. No Duke, it isn't the Fortify Restoration Exploit. That never works for me. Besides, I like to switch equipment sets now and then, and that would be really inconvenient with the Fortify Restoration Exploit. Korrumpiert, thanks so much for responding with concise, clear, definitive information. I've decided that for my character, (balanced between all three archetypes) I'm going to enchant a ring, necklace, robes and hood each with the 25% Fortify Destruction/Restoration, making those cost nothing. My Magicka will be dedicated to Alteration (I never use Conjuration/Illusion with this character) and swap equipment sets between heavy and light armors when the need arises. Thanks for all your help!
  5. I'd like to Enchant a ring with Fortify Destruction/Restoration, a Necklace with Fortify Conjuration/Alteration and a Chestpiece with Fortify Illusion. With Grand Souls, 100 enchanting and all perks, the best they can do is 25% spell cost reduction. I was thinking I could use Fortify Enchanting potions and Fortify Alchemy gear in a loop to boost this effect to 100% all. Am I wasting my time or will this work?
