Has anyone done an own your own Tavern mod, Houses are fine but if i lived anywhere it would be a cosy pub...with a private drinking balcony. Idially you would inherit the wrecked pub via Courier and have to outfit it to attact Patrons and make a profit, quests and items would be required with each 'upgrade' tarting up the place, preferably with options to go nord (wood...again) Dwarf (steam power) elf (vines and a big tree in the middle) and so on, making it YOUR pub, with your employees and your companions lolling about the place (debarked wolfhound optional), somewhere like the outskirts of a city (please god not Whiterun again plus if its outside opencities and other city altering mods can just carry on) and scripted patrons to visit as the place grows and of course CASH to spend (via some dodgy script). Adding Bards (and why has no one addded Jesters) would be a bonus you could apply for to the bards College, maybe a hard up Wizard to perform tricks for patrons and fancy lighting for those ENB heads. If no one else has a go I may, but I doubt it would ever get finished....well what are you waiting for someone talented, get to it me wants me beer.

This already exists if its Malukahs tune you refer to, smeginhell has one called Malukahmainmenu, there are some other by the same lovely lady there as well.

Mulling over how to activate a mod such as one of the expanded town mods after an event such as the stormcloak/imperial war or attack, Winterrun is the only such event I have seen in vanilla ,so we know it can be done, but so far every mod I have looked into is either there or it is not. I could manual install post events but this breaks imersion, addinga a 'Builders' Guild' mod that would allow event mods to be scheduled or activated by a conversation with an ncp or quest would effectivy be more dlc, do any modders know if this is just a pipedream or could it be done? (The Automatic Variants mod seems to build the various textures lists , could a Builders Guild mod do the same but queue mods?) just asking...for giggles and stuff. :)
