i always wondered whats the legality of content that's ripped from a game,movie, etc, and to be used for a mods sake, models, sounds, ui, etc. I pardon if this is a stupid question or debate Im just morally curious when i see certain mods that have music models, stuff like that. I just hate to download something that's been ripped

im trying to install blockhead and menuque on obmm as plugins but they never show for file search. any help on this

im trying to download a mod called oblivion reloaded mod needing the blockhead and menuque mods. Problem is that i cant find the plugins for them and i been intalling them in the right files. any help?
