  2. Well, while you were explaining that trying to load too many things into the game could potentially be what's causing the game to crash, you mentioned the "plugin cap"'. Seeing how I never merge my plugins because I'm always fearful that TTW will stop working, I thought "screw it" and merged most of my bugfixes and my weapon mods. It still wouldn't launch.
  3. Ok, so i merged some of the plugins to reduce the amount of plugins i originally had, didn't work, but a new error popped up, saying "failed to create remote thread." any ideas?
  4. Also, how could I possibly not have enough RAM for the game to load?! With the 4GB patch, I should have more than enough. I say this because the RAM requirements for the game listed on the store page on Steam are 2GB.
  5. Also, I've already had the Steam Overlay disabled. Doesn't do s#*&#33;.
  6. One, I have no idea what you're trying to suggest here: Two, I don't have any anti-virus/anti-malware programs running except for Microsoft Defender (which runs by default). I also don't have any "game-boosters", unless you count plugins like ENB, NVSE, and NVAC. Three, how are you supposed to disable the security parameters for the game?
  7. And also, no matter what i do, Steam or something else won't stop resetting the fallout.ini to "read-only"!!!

  13. But I already have the game set to use the NVIDIA card by default. I only use the Intel Graphics when im recording because OBS is a dick and refuses to work with NVIDIA.

  15. Ok, so I've gotten the game to actually boot up, the problem is now it crashes upon reaching the "PLEASE STAND BY" slide that pops up before the start menu. I've also read up on the articles that you guys have suggested to me, and so far all of the solutions I've tried in these articles have not worked, and any solutions that I haven't tried don't have anything to do with the problem I'm having.
