Ever find a fix? I've run in to the same issue

Nevermind. It would appear the game needed time to reload everything. Minimal stutter and few crahses.

So, I was forced to reinstall my entire modlist following a computer issue which was working just fine before, but now it will not stop stuttering and crashing.
