  1. in Tabletop 5e "Melee Weapon Attacks" includes unarmed strikes, natural weapons, improvised weapons, and melee weapons (Swords, daggers, etc.). If they want to specify ONLY melee weapons you carry they use the wording "Attacks with Melee Weapons". Larian has changed this slightly that both phrasings refer ONLY to melee weapons. While this makes sense grammatically it makes some features work differently than how they do in tabletop. Some examples of this are Crusader's Mantle, Commander's Strike, Symbiotic Entity, and Hunter's Mark. All of these in Tabletop 5e are compatible with Unarmed Strikes, Natural Weapons, and Improvised Attacks, however they dont work in Baldur's Gate III. Is there anyone who would be willing to fix this for me/?

  3. In 5e, using "Help" as an action can give Advantage to another player, however Larian only included the option to remove debuffs and boost downed characters. is there anyone who can add the option to give advantage on the next attack to a character that isnt debuffed or downed?
  4. trying to start getting into modding, im tired of waiting to see if modders will add things into the game that i want, so im going to try and do it myself. probably will be too hard and ill give up, i know it isnt easy to do. just wondering if there is anybody with a short roadmap for navigating the game folders and files. i already used modders multitool to unpack the game files, and i have a template mod im trying to use to walk myself through everything. for example the mod template im using has a list of recommended files to look at "Modifiers" and "ValueList" for example but it doesnt like the directory those files are in so im just opening and closing folders but i dont feel like im getting anywhere. does anybody know of a few good files to look at as well as the directories to get to those files starting from the "UnpackedData" folder?
  5. is there any way to make a "Shield" that is invisible and provides no stats? sounds dumb I know, but I want to have some way of toggling Versatile on or off a weapon without needing to equip a shield, call it RP purposes if you want or Aesthetically pleasing, i just want to make use of the Dueling feat without needing a shield for my Quarterstaff. call the item something like "Empty Hand" or something idk.
  6. the "Clothing" armors for monks/barbarians are so limited, yes the ones they have look cool and stuff, but there really isnt that many of them, especially considering the late game very rare+ ones are palette swaps essentially. is there anyone who would be insterested in just making all of the "Camp" Clothes be redefined as "Clothing" armor with 10 AC+Dex and function with the monk/Barb/Mage Armor. Im also sick of seeing my PCs level up in their undies because the early game cloth classes dont get much.
  7. im sure every one knows by now, but incase you never observed this in character customization, some sliders that adjust appearance are bound to each other in some weird way, that limits the proportions of certain elements. im assuming this is to stop models from clipping through armors and such, or to help them fit animations better. this is best observed in the body adjustments tabs, but occurs in all facial editing as well, as far as im aware (its just harder to observe because they are split into so many segments). for example the chest slider is bound to the arm slider in such a way that the arms cant be less that 65 if the chest is over 200, or something along those lines. my request is simple, does anyone know of a mod, or would anyone be willing to make a mod that unbinds these sliders from each other, so i could have say a torso of like 25 and a legs of like 250 at the same time?
