She only uses better armor and weapons, than she is currently using - her defaults seem to be Iron Armor set (without helmet) and probably Imperial Bow - So give any better armor or weapon to her and she uses it.

These are files you need to delete, check that they are all gone - after that game just can't add any extra chairs there textures/clutter/common/ : crossdresser01.dds, dresser01.dds, dresser01_n.dds textures/clutter/ : furniturewood01.dds, furniturewood01_n.dds

but game has graphics mind you minngarm (yes,sarcasm)

If that was texture replacement mod, there couldn't be old chairs and new chairs at the same time ever, are you sure about mods contents? Or can you give me mods name?

I wonder when modders get their percentage of profits, which Bethseda gets for delivering unfinished product to sale and letting modders fix the issues. Yea, when do modders get their money? For making game sell better when potential buyers know, that there's thousands of mods out there, which further improve the game. I heard that there's DLC coming, good, is that the part which Bethseda removed from the product before publishing it? Well, cool now we can buy it, right? Thx.

Steam has F12 default, but personally I use Fraps to take screenshots, since Steams F12 makes .jpg format automatically and reduces quality, In Fraps you can choose format.

delete skyrimprefs.ini from your folder and start the game - that should do it
