I wrote in my original post I ALREADY did the skyrimprefs file selection.

I'm running windows 7 64bit This is normal skyrim not the new enhanced version. I have tried reinstalling skyrim that did not fix this. My mods are showing up as installed and active in nexus mod manager but DO NOT show up in datafiles or the plugins.txt I have the enablefile option in skyrimprefs enabled. My problem is the mods are NOT showing up in data files or in the plugins.txt How do i fix this?
