I started a download, then my computer messed up and all my stuff closed out. So I went back into vortex and the download was still there but going at 0 B/s. What can I do to make the download resume? Or can I just delete the download? Thank you!

How do I deploy it?

I saw a mod on here and I can't remember the name. It allowed kids to interact with eachother and with your spouse. It added more dialogue to it and stuff. Can anyone help me remember?
