  1. Basically the same thing that Rex could do in Fallout New Vegas, highlighting objects and dead bodies that have loot on them. This pretty much https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Search_and_Mark. Really annoying sometimes killing enemies and the dead bodies disappear in some tall grass or bush or fly off somewhere where you end up losing them. Rex was pretty useful in New Vegas for this perk alone in situations like that, so it'd be nice if dogmeat could do something similar.
  2. Hello, so the children of atom bottle lanterns have always bothered me how they use the incorrect light and are not very bright to be a reliable light source. Inside the nucleus the same bottles light the whole area up nicely, and have a solid light. Whereas the versions we get craftable for settlements have a weird fractal light which makes no sense given its just normal bottle and should produce a solid glow, and they are VERY weak - barely producing any light. I've tried looking through the creation kit to see if there is a way to change the attached lights with no luck. Not sure how to go about changing the lights on the object, and haven't had luck finding any information or tutorials anywhere.
  3. Heylo, so I've been trying to find mods that let you add blood to settlements for my raider settlement and to decorate surgery centers and what not in other settlements. Unfortunately there aren't any so I've decided to try my hand at adding some myself. Though unfortunately the existing splatters that can be found in game in different locations and what not are texture files that are set in place and projected onto any objects that are in front of them. Other textures like dirt for example act the same way. I'm curious if there is a way to actually make these craftable in some way and moved around for settlements. Any help is appreciated!
  4. So the closest thing I was able to dig up from the internet regarding uncapping levels was a console command that uncaps them to level 81 SetLevel 1000,0,1,81. Though not sure if swapping 81 for 0 would make it have no cap, or if there's a way to even do that with the command.
  5. I'd actually like the Halloween stuff for some Halloween themed Nuka-World Raider Outposts, but not a big fan of updating and potentially destroying my game and or saves. Is there a way to do so, or do you have to update? Would updating and then rolling back the update work, or would that be ill-advised for current saves and mods?
  6. So random idea but it would be nice if you could have your husband/wife sing on request like a bard. Like a new dialogue option for NPCs flagged as your spouse with the appropriate voice type that will allow them to sing the songs that the bards can. Nothing too complicated, maybe just a dialogue like "Hey can you sing for me?" and then pick song like a bard and they sing on the spot like Talsgar the Wanderer who will sing anywhere. Would add a bit more life to spouses.
  7. It's alright (the houses are nice if you want to move your spouse somewhere new, weapons and armor are also cool) though the worst part is downloading all the creation stuff. You have to make sure you're logged into steam and link your bethesda.net account before trying to download it from the in-game menu. Otherwise it'll bug out, and no where is it said or implied you have to do this beforehand.
  8. Basically want to remove the level caps on some NPCs so they level indefinitely with the player.
  9. It's just gameplay mechanics. Only canon ones are argonian waterbreathing, khajiit night eye, and wood elf command animal.
  10. The ugly more monstrous looking vampires in the game like Rargal Thrallmaster and Salonia Caelia. If anyone knows how/if this is possible then please share. I really want my female nord vampire to use the same type of face, as it looks a lot cooler. For visual reference And
  11. Small request but having fast travel available inside the new homes added via Anniversary Edition would be nice. Nchuanthumz and Shadowfoot Sanctum in particular are very annoying to use as you have to go through multiple doors to get into the world to be able to fast travel.
  12. As the title says. Heard some horror stories of people's game saves no longer working and getting corrupted, missing meshes, and other big bugs. should I just wait a while to update or is it safe to do so now? Don't want to risk my saves or mods.
  13. For anyone else with this issue. Turns out that you have to manually go into bethesda.net and link your steam account and then be online (in steam) to have it register that you own the content. Works now, but took a while to figure it out. No indication anywhere that this is something you have to do so idk how they expect people to easily download anything.
  14. So I already owned Skyrim Special Edition and just bought the Anniversary edition upgrade. Entering the game there is nothing new except for some bugs. And going into the creation club menu shows that I own nothing from the anniversary edition. It did update the icon to gold in game home screen when continuing, new, select character etc. Completely clueless and no idea what I'm supposed to do. Any help would be appreciated.
