would the flying work if you have a gamepad?

new computer and the game refuses to start when I hit play It won't even go to the loading screen any help?

so after install a mod when I take a look at it in my mod manager the mod says it is not activated even though it is.. So when I would try to uninstall it would only give me the option to activate even though its already activated.. Has anyone had a problem like this? any fix?

I just got a new computer, & it has windows 8 the problem is the 4gig enabler is not working i get an error msg saying it will not load & terminated any help?:/

yes but it should work the same way I tried the original but it does not support nmm

I tried doing that several times & it does not work:( everything else regarded AI is working installing it removing it then reapplying it does not work remove it install the mod then reapply ai still a no go

I posted this also in gamefaqs need help:( So I have been getting some slow downs in the pipboy & accessing the companion wheel. It feel like I need to use pcb like every 5 to 10 minutes of gameplay:/ I have the 4gig enabler, stutter remover, and I'm playing in fake full screen window mode. There is also some sound delays even sometimes when I die there is a delay to press start menu notable mods using new vegas enhanced content pn wmx classic fallout weapons awop ceasars new regime fallout redesign monster wars monster mod & a bunch others.. I got almost double that list for skyrim & it is very stable. My fallout 3 game is also very stable it is just new vegas giving me problems
