I would also be interested in this but something to keep in mind is that youd have to completely un-purchase breezehome. i have the house purchased with no upgrades, but since it was purchased prior to the mod being installed, its glitched. so far ive found no way to reset purchase of breezehome to unpurchsed, unless theres a hidden quest id for it.
