So me and some of my school friends are organising a LAN party. There are about 8 of us getting together and I was hoping if I could grab some of that wonderful knowledge from you guys about some LAN-capable RPGs. It needs to be able to handle 8 players on 1 server (because we don't want anyone sitting out). Thanks for you help, -ImNoGhoul

So I've decided to get back into trading cards again (after stopping in Grade 4 because all my Yu-Gi-Oh cards were stolen #cutforcards) and I picked up the Magic: The Gathering game off the Xbox Live Marketplace while it was free, and I love it. So I decided to give the trading cards a go. The next day, I took my piggy bank (metaphorically) and I bought an Intro Deck with 2 booster packs for $25.00 AUD and it wasn't really worth it. I got the water element and light element as the base elements and the booster packs just gave me fire element cards. So I went for a look on eBay and manage to come across a "Magic 2014 Deck Builder Toolkit M14" For ~$45.00 AUD. I looked for good reviews, bit cured my curiousity. So I come to the Nexus to bring you the question: Is the Magic: The Gathering Deck Builder Toolkit M14 worth my money? Any feedback and opinions are welcome :smile: Thank you for your time -ImNoGhoul

I'm not one to put myself out there like this, but I have put a fair bit of effort into this, and I would like to see if it's worth continuing. It's my Far Cry 3 fanfiction, The Legacy of Vaas. The main plot is that the Rakyat have a new enemy rise in Vaas' place and it's up to our faithful protagonist, Kaktu, to save the day. It's set (if you couldn't read the context) after you kill Vaas and head off for Hoyt Volker. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for another story to come out of Far Cry 3. So far there are only 4 parts only because I haven't received many reviews, plus I haven't been able to dedicate the time towards it, and was hoping for another reason to continue. If you have an account for fanfiction.net , I'd prefer if you left your review there but I don't care, as long as I can get some feedback about it and if I should continue. Don't feel like writing? This would be crazy awesome to have! I would love to see something like a new guild in Skyrim! This is an A-Grade idea... (can't help you with the mod though :( )

I've seen snippets of it here and there and I would love to have it, but I've devoted all my money to GTA V and a new PC >.<

This is, by far, the best modding forum I've found. It's the only place I truly contribute to, and I have never thought of leaving. The admins are great, the other users are great and everything is set out so great! I congratulate you for all the work you have put into the Nexus, and on behalf of the whole community, we thank you! :)

I'm aware of what WAR does, but they use the vanilla animations as a base. What I am hoping for is someone that can make brand new animations from scratch, and yes; I do understand how big of a request that is, but I think the reloading just seems so dodgy in first person. I haven't used third person enough to make a full evaluation.

So I've recently rediscovered Brink, the strategic first person shooter with a few RPG elements in it (that's just how Bethesda roll!) This game was incredibly fun for me, but in a few ways, it let me down. The reloading animations felt a little half-assed and the customization for the weapons felt like there could've been more. But the gameplay was there and it was excellent (but there is always room for improvement) Which leads me to the question: What is the possibility of modding Brink? To be able to see an AK-103 (for example), set up with all the good stuff (New sights, fore grips, real world suppressors etc. and compatibility for both Security and the Resistance) plus sexy animations... that would be a dream come true :') Currently, I don't have Brink set up on my PC (just on Xbox) but if this gets the OK for the possibility of mods, then this game will become a must-have for PC... well, for me. Plus, it would give me more the reason to take up really considering to take the time to learn how to make proper models etc. Thanks for taking the time to consider this :) -ImNoGhoul

Yeah. I have it working now. They're running along side by side. But they don't add COMPLETELY new reloading animations. Just edits for bullpup weapons etc. :/
