UPDATE: Disabling Better Males mod fixed the issue and it runs at 60+FPS now. If someone can explain how that mod causes such a severe issue, I would love to know. My game runs around 40 - 60 FPS in exteriors and still at 40 in an interior like Frostflow Lighthouse, but tanks to an abysmal 15FPS or less when I am in both Pinewatch, and Pinewatch Bandit's Sanctuary. Attempting to play through the dungeon with the low FPS resulted in a CTD after about 5 minutes. I had been running several graphical/visual mods including SMIM, Enhanced Lights and FX with unofficial patch to boost performance, Skyrim HD (2K Textures), the STEP Mod Compilation, Immersive Saturation Boost, Wonders of Weather, Realistic Lighting Overhaul, and Climates of Tamriel. Deactivating and fully uninstalling all of these mods has not affected performance in Pinewatch at all. I also went directly to Skyrim's own graphical settings and set everything to lowest settings with no change in FPS. I even tried a mod to remove Interior Fog but to no avail. I can't find any other cause of the framerate drop and have reached a dead end. I am using an Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 Ti graphics card and an Intel i7-2700K CPU which runs at 3.5GHz with 16GB of RAM on a Windows 7 PC.
