  2. Ah ha! Thank you for that! I'm bookmarking this just in case I run into any problems. I'm about to mess around with the tools to get to know them and this will definitely help with troubleshooting. :-)
  3. So I'm a complete noob learning as I go but wanted to pick the brains of some of the more advanced modders out there. For those who have played around with the Frosty mod maker, is it possible to switch out one character mesh for another? For instance, if I extract say, Cora's model, and did some tweaks and changes on her. Is it possible to then upload the new mesh back into the game?

  5. I feel your pain, Delta. I'm just getting into the modmaking stage to see what can and can't be done and I have to teach myself from the ground up since I haven't found anyone really helpful. I have a background in 3D modeling but yeeearrrs ago, so it's a bit of a hurdle here and there. So happy the Frosty Tools are out though. They look a bit more mod friendly than the previous one!

  7. I'm totally new to modding but not computer animation, writing, and 3d modeling. Looking at your point #2, I see the potential in rewriting some dialogue and story if it can be salvaged by either clipping and pasting some dialogue as it is or getting as close to possible new VO to rerecord. Out of sync lip animation may occur but you can get around this by cutting to the other person or people in the scene while the character is talking. It's a bit of a mess so I'm not even sure if it's possible to work with so much to do over. I'm very interested in if there is a possibility to add missions and such. That's one of the things I really loved about DA:O but with Frostbite...not sure if it is possible.
