So i've reinstalled and uninstalled Skyrim completely, i have verified game cache and done everything i can think of. My mods were working fine but now Skyrim is so sensitive to any changes or new mods. I installed the Civil Unrest and the game freezes on a black screen on Startup, no logo appears and i have no sound making me alt-tab to shut it down. It has been like this for a few days anytime i change a single mod. I have uninstalled it and used Boss as well and still it's doing this. Please help
