  1. Short version, Here's a reddit post with a hand full of pictures of the issue, when I'm far enough away, the MGE XE distant land shows everything as correct. When i get close to things like the seyda neen lighthouse, Vivec Cantons, or any of Balmora suddenly the majority of changes are undone. Reddit Post With Pics In a longer explanation, while installing Beautiful Cities Of Morrowind, the FOMOD installer in MO2 gave me lots of options, several sections were fully self contained versions of plugins like the Balmora waterworks or tent in the market square. The fountains in the vivec temple canton and such things. The grass I ran into a huge issue with and wound up needing to download the grass mod individually and overwrite it with BCOM so the assets would be present. Is this an issue of me missing all sorts of assets and the distant land expecting me to have it all thanks to the BCOM assets or something? I'm still fairly inexperienced with morrowind modding and any help is hugely appreciated
  2. alright, i figured some of it out now i think, new question before i save and close it all up, Do i have to change all 4 values or can i just change the first one with the traitor since thats the only part ive missed or even been to yet? I just finished making the changes, after reading the guide for the 10 thousandth time something clicked and it got a lot more clear, i changed all 4 values and used the ones you did except i romanced morrigan instead of leliana. should i be set considering i haven't even made it to skyhold yet?
  3. so, im feeling really dense right now. Is the value for lelliana not killing the traitor supposed to be in my save file from the beginning if i visited her and just chose the say nothing option? Also, Can i do this if i am not yet at skyhold? I am trying to get this figured out before i go any further if i have to reset. 30hours is more than enough to loose haha.
  4. it ended up being the chest piece after all.. I hope this info helps you or anyone else  Edit: a bit of an explanation as to why this is the problem. With the quick start mod, you are getting a set of armor that already exists in the game, so removing the mod doesnt remove the armor from your character. meaning that even if you revert to a totally vanilla version, the armor will still be there to cause the problem. I am not sure if its buggy armor or if its buggy because we didn't earn it the normal way, but thats all i have figured out on the bug which is enough to fix it. Thanks fuent020 for posting a mod list so i could find the commonality.
  5. Ive found a strange fix, removing the chest armor from quick start instantly made me visible again. I put it back on and i stayed visible. Apparently cut scenes or loads can cause a glitch but changing the chest piece can fix it. This is just a theory, i will update shortly.
  6. ive run into a similar problem, we share three mods. them being More inq levels, quick start and War table no wait. I am working under the assumption that a war table mission time change wont mess up the character rendering/placement or whatever has gone wrong. Now, im not sure how a change to the inquisition leveling system could cause invisibility, but i have trouble beleiving that its a problem with the inventory system. If the armor is custom that could be the issue, i am going to uninstall that mod and check to see if the issue is solved. In the many many many times ive reloaded a save i have noticed that occasionally a garbled part of my character model seems to appear most of the way into the ground then quickly drop through. then he stays under the ground cover, still leaving footsteps and trails when casting spells.
