  1. Ohh, I see now. Well I still can't say I've heard of Dynavision doing that, but then I've not used it with Fallout 3, just Skyrim LE. Perhaps the difference in engines could be responsible for that.
  2. For the adoptions, you're looking for this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29249 As far as hair goes, there's a lot of options out there, but these two are my favourites: - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10168 - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68311 Hope this helps!
  3. That sounds more likely to me. Try verifying your files, see if anything pops up screwy.
  4. I've never heard of an ENB rendering creature models completely invisible. They're not supposed to touch the actual meshes.
  5. Well I'm officially confused, I restarted the game and everything seems to have resolved itself. SweetFX and ENBSeries are now working as intended.
  6. Update: I seem to have remedied part of the issue by installing SweetFX from the site and then overwriting with the ENB's files. But that presented another issue. I now get like 15fps at the most unless I'm in a menu or time is otherwise paused. If animations are playing and AI is processing, there's lag. And I can't turn it off now, using Shift-Enter and Shift-F12 aren't doing anything.
  7. So I'm trying to use Clairvoyance ENB, I followed the installation instructions to the letter, but when I launched I got an error as described in https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3189054-unable-to-start-game-due-to-sweetfx/ . I used the fix in that thread, and now when I start the game with ENBSeries active I get...this... When I turn off ENBSeries, everything goes back to normal. What uh...what happened? How can I fix it?
  8. Awesome, thank you so much. I always run it once to make a clean, mod-free save anyways, just to be on the safe side.
  9. I'm 110% sure this has probably been posted before but I have really poor internet so I'm not able to really browse the forum properly to find it. I'm borrowing my roommate's laptop while mine is down, and she's got Steam set to install to her D:\ drive. She downloaded Skyrim so that I could play if I wanted to, but I'm not sure if mods will behave properly due to the alternate install location. I remember when I installed Morrowind to a secondary drive back in high school (physical copy, not Steam), mods couldn't find texture paths or mesh paths and would break horribly. I'm just not sure if that's still an issue these days. TL;DR version: Skyrim installed on D:\ drive, can I still mod it?
  10. Mods tend to break the chargen sequence no matter what. I'm not sure exactly what it breaks or why, but yeah. Your best bet is to just use an alternate start mod of some description. There's several out there and they're all really good.
  11. So my brother has an OC that he's been drawing for a while, that I'd like to bring to life. I don't have a copy of the drawing, as he doesn't have internet right now, but I've been working on recreating the character for him with RaceMenu. My plan is to surprise him by mailing him a flash drive with the save and needed mods. Kid's got some health problems, seems like the least I could do. I have basically everything I need save for a couple of markings the character has always had. He's got a wolf paw on his left cheek, and the Imperial crest on his left arm. That's literally all I'm missing. It'd mean a lot to both he and I if I could get this completed. I can't do it myself, as I don't have access to photoshop and have zero modding skill.
  12. Update: I exited the game to look for a fix, restarted, now everything is fine. I guess it's one of those classic Bethesda things that just pops in to say hi every now and again, like an obnoxious intern.
  13. So I did some research, and according to Reddit I'm not the only one to encounter this issue - but no fix was offered anywhere that I looked. Not my image, but this is exactly what I'm seeing: When I use the right mouse button to move my arm around, the distortion moves too, so it's obviously something graphical. I do use a few Pip-Boy mods, but I'm not sure if that's causing it. Everything was fine when I went to bed last night, and then when I loaded up this morning I got this. Any idea what's going on? It's not game-breaking or anything, just seriously annoying. I can post load order if needed.
  14. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25696/? executed this beautifully. I feel like for Lion-O, the ward shield would be optional and not really needed for the lore. You might look into contacting the author for an idea of how they did it
